- TM Yoshikawa opened the meeting with the Joke Master Session;
- TM Horioka led the Table Topics Session, with topics related to the transition into 2010 and our good resolutions;
- Four members gave prepared speeches:
- TM Y. Inoue gave a speech, titled "No One Knows Why it Strikes Some People but Not Others" (Project #3, CC Manual), on a rare desease, and gave us advice to stay in good health;
- TM Komura gave an impressive dance demonstration in her speech "Dance, Dance, Dance" (Project #5, CC Manual);
- TM Senda told us a dramatic story in her speech "Somebody Broke Into My Car - Part 2" (Project #4, Advanced Communication Manual);
- TM Tateishi told us an impressive, personal story about her infortunate experience, titled "An Unforgettable Experience" (Project #2, Storytelling Advanced Manual);
- Evaluations were given by the General Evaluator (TM Fukuda) and four Evaluators (resp., TM Asano, TM Miyazaki, TM Tanaka, and TM Wada).

- Best Table Topics Speaker: TM Hayashi (visiting as a guest)
- Best Prepared Speaker: TM Komura
