- We held a speaker coaching session, an extra educational session before the regular meeting to coach some members and help them give impromptu speeches;
- We held a ceremony to introduce the club's new officers team for the 2010-2011 Toastmasters term;
- TM Horioka led the Table Topics Session, with questions on topics ranging from holidays to patriotism;
- Three members gave prepared speeches:
- TM Y. Inoue delivered a classical tale with a colorful modern twist, in her speech titled "An Angry Woman's Good Fortune" (Project #6, CC Manual);
- TM Komura discussed the issue of population aging in Japan, in her speech titled "Aging - Let's Grow Old Gracefully Together" (Project #7, CC Manual);
- TM Sakuragi told an inspiring and dramatic story from his experience in ski racing, in his speech "The Downhill Race" (Project #4, The Entertaining Speaker Advanced Manual);
- Constructive speech evaluations were given by the General Evaluator (TM Maruyama) and three Evaluators (resp., TM Perkins, TM Tateishi, and TM Lenglet).
- Best Table Topics Speaker: TM M. Inoue
- Best Prepared Speaker: TM Komura
- Best Evaluator: TM Tateishi (evaluating TM Komura)
- Best Performance (awarded by the General Evaluator): TM Inagaki, for accepting to take on the role of Toastmaster of the Day on short notice
